We are lovers of our wonderful islands and therefore work exclusively with seasonal, local products KM0. We elaborate them in the form of a „pintxo“ (small food portion) or “micro-cuisine”, made at the moment.

This year Ca’n Pintxo resurfaces with a new and innovative gastronomic offer, without losing our identity of haute cuisine with a cheeky touch, our goal has always been to surprise you. The main novelty is the inclusion of conscience, love and affection for what is ours. For this reason, we have committed ourselves to a philosophy of proximity, searching, knowing and visiting our suppliers, trying to reach the top in direct purchase from the producer. Each dish on the menu has a product of Balearic origin as the main character, which has been planted, cared for and raised with the utmost respect.
